I hope this finds you steady and dreaming.

Interested in joining our Dream Circle starting this Friday, 6/21 at noon pacific? With several regulars away for summer travel, we need at least 3 participants. Please by sign-up Wednesday if you're in!

Ok to miss some for summer fun—each session will stand alone!

Our Dream Circle will include weekly:

  • Guided meditations
  • Check-in
  • Encouragement to keep a dream journal
  • Practices to work your dreams

I will share the best practices from my personal, academic, and experimental dreamwork experience which includes:

  • Extensive personal dreamwork, both alone and in groups
  • Studying Integral Dreaming with Dr. Daniel Deslauriers
  • Participating in a research study on lucid dreaming as a therapeutic intervention (learning techniques and neuroscience, and contributing to research)
